      This episode's interview is with Burt Nowers. 
Burt is one of the founders of AIM Healthcare in Franklin, Tennessee, where he spent 14 years as CFO. He was a member of the board of Healing Hands International since 2005 and served as its president from 2012-2016.
He is an Executive-in-Residence for Lipscomb University's College of Business, a member of the Dean's Board, and a generous philanthropist.  
Burt shares stories and advice based on his management experiences, including the importance of:
